As we celebrate 14 years of Carlyle, I just want to take a moment to say thank you.

Fourteen years is a pretty special milestone, and I feel incredibly grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, trusted us with their hair, shared a life moment with us, or simply made Carlyle part of their routine.

What started as a dream has become such a special little community, and we truly wouldn’t be here without you. Your support, loyalty, and friendship over the years mean more than you know.

To celebrate, we’re sharing a few special offers with you this week as a little thank-you for being part of the Carlyle family. 🤍

Here’s to 14 years of great hair, great people, and lots more to come!

With gratitude,
Lisa & the Carlyle Team

Four hours well spent! 😬🤩

This gorgeous color and cut transformation by Lisa started with a treatment to remove a green cast caused by mineral buildup. Once her hair was prepped, Lisa created this beautiful blend with custom highlights, lowlights, and a gentle toner.

This was one of those fun transformations where everyone on the salon floor had a suggestion or two 😉—and we all agree the final result is absolutely dreamy! 🌼✨

There’s just something about a room full of stylists… we don’t just talk, we talk with our hands 😂✨

But on a serious note—this class gave us so much more than laughter. We’ve already started using Laura’s consultation tips into our everyday client experiences, creating more connection, clarity, and confidence behind the chair.

We’ve been playing with new techniques for volume and prep, exploring different products, and getting inspired all over again with some new ghd tools in our hands.

Education like this keeps us growing, refining, and showing up better for every single client who sits in our chair 🤍

Can't wait to have you again @_lovelaurarocha 🤍 looking forward to your Four Pillar Program!

There’s just something about watching @_lovelaurarocha behind the chair… ✨
She truly works magic. One of our favorite parts of the day was getting an inside look at how she preps the hair—intentional, elevated, and so detail-driven. As she walked us through her tools and products, she kept us on our toes the entire time… full of surprises, tips, and those “ah-ha” moments you don’t forget.
If you’ve been thinking about investing in your bridal education, we highly recommend Laura’s Signature Class—it’s just the beginning of her incredible Four Pillar Program.
We’re already dreaming up when we can bring her back… 🤍

Davines color is crafted with high-quality, gentle

Davines color is crafted with high-quality, gentle ingredients that respect the integrity of the hair while still delivering dimensional, long-lasting color. We see it every day—healthy strands, radiant finishes, and color that evolves gracefully over time.

But what truly sets Davines apart is their dedication to sustainability 🌿
From carbon-neutral production to packaging designed with minimal environmental impact, every step is considered. They partner with regenerative agriculture and prioritize biodiversity—meaning your color service supports something bigger.

For us, it’s simple:
We want to create beauty that feels good, looks good, and does good. ✨

Full circle moment ✨

Years ago, Lisa gave Laura her very first job out of beauty school—and a little over a week ago, Laura came to Carlyle to teach a bridal education class with us 🤍

The class covered everything from consultations, to hair prep and demos, but what made it really special was the energy in the room. It was interactive, collaborative, and felt more like peers learning from each other than a traditional class. Laura brought her own personal vibe, and it created such an inspiring experience for everyone involved.

We love creating spaces where artists can grow, connect, and elevate their craft together!

This is just the beginning fot Laura… she plans on growing her curriculum and offering extended education programs... stay tuned ✨

Wow 🤍 We’re still appreciating everything this past Monday had to offer.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting an educational experience with bridal stylist @_lovelaurarocha in our Corner Room, and it was such a joy to welcome fellow bridal stylists from our community.

Laura showed up as her true self, sharing her new education program built around four pillars. We learned how to pivot, ways to refine our consultations with brides, and got to see her in action demonstrating her techniques—along with some of her favorite GHD tools and go-to products ✨

If you’re in the bridal hair industry and considering continuing education, Laura is now offering her signature class, her four pillar program, and even master classes!

We’re so excited to watch her follow her passion—and even more grateful we got to be a part of her launch 🤍

Thank you to the Carlyle Team, and to our collective freelancers for showing up and making this a successful event!

Thank you to @amberdolyakphotography for the beautiful images!
